My life has never fit neatly into one role... mostly because I don’t believe we can boil ourselves down to just one thing.
Looking back, I’ve always been a leader, even when I wasn’t given the title.
Sometimes that meant leading at work or in a ministry. Sometimes it simply meant managing my own mental health while raising my kids. But influence has followed me through every season.
What I’ve learned is this:
Leadership doesn’t begin when someone hands you authority. It begins in how you think, how you decide, and how you show up.
And without clarity, even capable women start to second-guess themselves.
That’s the tension that shaped my work.
This is my daily life. I'm sharing what I know works because this is what I do every single day.
